Abstract

This article explores the practice of collecting and compiling patients’ personal information to develop comprehensive profiles that can assist healthcare professionals in understanding an individual’s medical, social, and personal background. Drawing upon the concept described by Anker (2011), the study examines how personal data are accumulated, interpreted, and organized within healthcare settings. Particular attention is given to the specialized process known as biography sketching, a method that requires expert analytical and communication skills to construct meaningful narratives from patient information, as highlighted by Stewart (2014). The article discusses the significance of biography sketching in enhancing patient-centered care, improving clinical decision-making, and fostering stronger relationships between healthcare providers and patients. In addition, ethical considerations related to privacy, confidentiality, and responsible data management are briefly addressed. By presenting an overview of the principles, applications, and implications of biography sketching, this article aims to provide readers with a clearer understanding of this important practice. It is hoped that the information presented will be both informative and useful to researchers, practitioners, and interested readers.

Introduction

Humans try to use any unnecessary but not harmful thing to achieve their own goals and to protect personal interests [1]. But is it less amazing that, despite this, he not only continued to write biographies [2] but also chronicled them (Boswell, 1873) Not only that, but the question is why he keeps it in his bag as a provision even after a long journey [3] Perhaps because he is skilled at creating angles and creating new names for profit [4], and is a master of sketching [5]. Because I am directly involved in research methods [6], I am probably going to do something similar in this article. Self-portrait [7]. There is an emerging idea and way of thinking that can be mentioned in relation to new types of old things. Because we all live in an era where people do not hesitate to say or do things on which their lives and the truth of their elders depend. The advice and knowledge of a Brahmin [8] to his children was such a power that no Brahmin was willing to share it even at the cost of his life. But now, in difficult life, all these things have become forgotten (Lonkar). My maternal grandfather’s family was a family of high-ranking Rajputs [9], so I don’t shy away from saying things that can cause concern in the hearts of most people. Although my paternal grandfather’s family was from the Aryan family [10], who migrated from Arabia and came to the subcontinent. Although I am not a very prominent person, my grandfather was the first Muslim member of the club, which is considered one of the reasons for my prominence in the city I live in. I don’t believe in the theory of past greatness [11], but it will be easier for readers to understand how even the most difficult things can be understood through a few simple things. Therefore, discussing the possibility that better acquisition of personal information about an individual can make it easier to understand that individual. That is why in this article, I will try to mention a few simple methods that I have come across in my experience that can make personal information about an individual easier and more meaningful in terms of understanding them. Everyone in the world will choose a method that is reliable and easy. This is the most correct one according to the existing principles. The case is different for professionals and skilled experts because they are the ones for whom time is much more valuable than for others. That’s why I came to experience generally, assessors, recruiters, and all people who are looking for qualities and suitability can easily obtain the hidden and personal information of any person very quickly if they can gain their trust properly. This is not easy because, unlike other life forms, humans are a form of life that sometimes hides their information even from themselves. Therefore, recruitment experts, testing experts, and assessment experts receive specific, cutting-edge training in this regard. People associated with the police and investigative professions also receive this type of training. I once read this while reading a police officer’s case report. It was probably published in the famous magazine Urdu Digest. It has now been closed, just like my harmless daily newspaper has been closed. The police officer writes that there was a certain suspect who was not ready to confess, even though he was given the third degree. The writer writes that one day, I saw that the accused was busy praying. When he finished his prayer, I sat down next to him, and after that, while keeping my hand on the rope book, I addressed him and told him, “You are a special case. If your matter is not resolved, my little children will be exiled. He looked at me and laughed. The investigating officer writes that he already knew that the perpetrator committed the crime to save his children from suffering. But it is very important to clarify that this is not a recommended approach because uniformity of circumstances is not beneficial in every case, but can sometimes be. It is very important to point out here that man is a morally conscious animal, which sometimes becomes a strength of man and sometimes a weakness. Therefore, it can be confidently suggested that an understanding of modern psychology and its principles, and an effective and predictive understanding of a person’s personal circumstances, will always be the best way to save time for experts and ensure the accuracy of their tests. I have made some difficult decisions in my life to understand psychological matters, and later I was happy with my decision. For example, I was in charge of a department, and a student from that department was brought in who was accused of stealing. I was 100% sure that the accusation of stealing against him was true. Instead of asking the reason, I just told him that good students don’t do such things and left him. Then I saw that the same student became a very good psychologist. But this does not mean that the accused should be released. Punishment is necessary. But if you can evaluate your authority in the future, then definitely evaluate it. You will never be disappointed. Officers are always gentlemen. I was investigating an aircraft accident. My boss said there should be a penalty. I looked at the convict’s wife and children and asked my investigating team head, “Have you never made the mistake this flyer made?” He turned pale, looked at me, and asked, “What should we do next?” I said it is in our power, we can give a chance. Later, when I found out how much more it costs to build a flyer than a plane, I thought I had done a good job. I don’t remember the time that passed, but later I also found out that he became a very good officer. This highlights the importance of timely and accurate decisions in the investigation. One thing worth mentioning is that every living organism in the world is a species and a genus. Everyone has their own standards and criteria for trust. The most difficult task in the world is to get someone to trust you. For that, you need to be trustworthy, because there is no other organism that is wiser and more intelligent than humans. But one golden rule that has always been useful in this regard is sincerity of intention. If you talk to someone with a sincere heart to help them, they will instantly become more attracted to you than to themselves [12]. Perhaps that is why it is clearly written in books considered authentic that the company of the good is good and the company of the bad is bad. But I think the presence of humans on our planet is a testimony to establishing every example that the goodness of human existence is the basis of good and evil. Isn’t this a blatant contradiction, but it is so? What is pleasant to read appeals to the heart? What appeals to the heart can affect the heart. Why it affects is not certain that it is better, but it is believed to be better. Now, in the light of observation, I try to draw the attention of the relevant experts to a few points, as a result of which, obtaining the personal information of any person related to his biography, his personality can be described or estimated according to the purpose of the experts.

Self-confidence

This expert quality requires a lot of experience, knowledge, and other personal qualities, as well as a strong selection background, which is definitely present in the personality of an individual involved in any assessment, investigation, or research, which guarantees that they can obtain better personal information in a better way.

Self-accountability and trust in oneself are another characteristic that makes any person involved in this matter fit and reliable for accessing and better accessing the personal information of others. He who does not make mistakes neither learns nor can he perform his duty better. However, he who is capable of correcting his mistakes can better supervise the work entrusted to him and achieve his goals in a better way, because this expands the possibilities of developing self-confidence and qualities.

Rapture/repair

Selfless relationship with the relevant party and avoidance of any kind of greed or interest of the s. Vigilant experts take every precaution to prevent a rupture from occurring, but if it does occur, using the repair capability properly can also be a better help in accessing personal information. Same kind: ensures better provision of personal information.

Drawing attention to good qualities and highlighting personal importance: This is the most dangerous state of affairs in any kind of diagnostic, research, investigation, and investigative conversation, but these are the desirable qualities of man towards which the human inclination within man incites him to self-praise or self-expression, and the benefit of this is found in the researcher, the assessor, and the investigator.

Recommendations/conclusion/discussion

Obtaining personal information from anyone, of a central nature, about their life is like pulling the moon and stars from the sky for experts, but those who do it do so, and if this duty is performed by understanding the principles, experts in these matters can perform miracles. Therefore, the points explained may be a Quran for experts, but they are not unnecessary and certainly beneficial. Given the circumstances, if the prescribed prescriptions are used correctly, it is not difficult to achieve not only better goals but also better results. Therefore, experts are advised to consider them wholeheartedly and rationally.

If the following principles are kept in mind when it comes to personal information, the written and received information will become more effective and powerful.

  • To lock the river in the jar
  • Making the heat speak out
  • That thing that was not mentioned in all the stories, that thing was very unpleasant to them.
  • Saying a lot without saying anything and listening a lot without listening to anything.
  • Success without any loss

Impacts/ benefits

The possibility cannot be ruled out that the idea introduced in the article will be helpful in a positive way in the time-bound capabilities of experts [13] associated with the medical field to work more feasibly to address existing challenges [14] without compromising professionalism [15] in the context of the development of the field [16-29].
