Abstract

In the paradigm of value-based healthcare, measuring patient experience has evolved from a peripheral administrative task into a core ethical and strategic imperative [1]. While clinical outcomes remain the gold standard, the psychological and logistical journey of the patient heavily dictates their perception of care quality.
